How it works?
Once you sign up, you’ll get access to our weekly shopping window where you can customize your cart. We’ll pre-select items for you, but you can change your order to fit your preferences. When your shopping window closes, we’ll charge you only for what’s in your cart and deliver it to your door on your scheduled delivery day.
Yes! During your shopping window, you can customize your box by removing any items you don’t want and adding what you do. You’re in control of your grocery box every week.
No. You can skip any week that you don’t need a delivery, or you can pause your subscription at any time.

While much of our produce is organic, some items may be conventionally grown but sustainably sourced. We always prioritize eco-friendly and ethical sourcing practices.
Our selection varies by season. You’ll find a mix of everyday staples like apples, carrots, and kale, as well as unique items like heirloom tomatoes or garlic scapes, depending on availability.
Harvest Heroes Perks
Our Perks program rewards you for being a loyal customer. Each time you shop, you earn points that can be redeemed for discounts, free groceries, or other special perks. You can also earn extra points by referring friends or completing certain actions, like downloading our app.
You can view your points balance and see available rewards right from your account dashboard. We’ll keep you updated on your points and let you know when you’re eligible for special offers.

If you need to cancel your Harvest Heroes account, you can do so easily from your account dashboard. There are no penalties or fees for canceling.

Driver Tips
Yes! You can choose to add a tip for your delivery driver during checkout in select areas. This is entirely optional, and you can adjust or remove the tip if necessary.
The full amount of your tip goes directly to the driver delivering your groceries. This helps support their hard work in getting your order to you on time.
Once the order has been placed, tips cannot be modified. Be sure to set your tip amount during the checkout process.
Other Helpful Information
Yes! When you refer a friend using your unique code, both you and your friend will receive $10 off your next order. Simply share your referral link, and the discount will be automatically applied when your friend makes a purchase.
If anything in your order arrives damaged or spoiled, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll make it right by issuing a refund, replacing the item, or applying a credit to your account.
