At Harvest Heroes, we’re driven by a two-fold mission: providing accessible, affordable, and nutritious food to communities while playing our part in reducing food waste.
The majority of our fresh produce is certified organic and non-GMO. From time to time, we also rescue high-quality, responsibly grown conventional produce that otherwise would have been wasted. You can always identify which products are organic on our website. Organic farming avoids synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, relies on non-GMO practices, and follows sustainable methods rooted in biological, physical, and mechanical processes, as outlined by the USDA.
